ASSIST Pregnancy Center's Walk Run Ride for Life 2025: join the Cornerstone Team!
Saturday May 10th 2025
Raise funds, Save Lives. Assist promotes life through Christ to women and men vulnerable to abortion. Assist provides no-cost medical and counseling care to support women and men experiencing an unplanned pregnancy and to protect vulnerable children. Join the Cornerstone Team as a walker, runner, or cyclist for the Walk Run Ride for Life 2025 happening at Occoquan Regional Park on Saturday, May 10th. Informational flyers are available in the Narthex or from John & Julianna Mays. .

The Parenting Forum is hosting the “Now We Live” study

You don’t have to be a parent to enjoy this 6-week study, being offered one more time this Sunday school year.
We meet in the Fellowship Hall, playground-side, 9:30-10:30am. The study will address the following questions that Christians come across everyday: worldview, reality, Jesus, truth, identity, and society.

Women's Testimony Brunch
Saturday, May 10th, 9:00 to 11:00 AM - Youth Room
Please join us on Saturday, May 10th from 9-11am for our next Women’s Testimony Brunch. We are delighted to hear from two Cornerstone women, Connie Wisnaes and Brittany McGuire! If making or contributing food is a delight for you, please let Robyn know so she can help coordinate our gathering. All women, high school girls, and friends are welcome! RSVP preferred, but not required.

LEARN & SERVE Opportunity! Cornerstone, on Saturday, May 17 from 8:30-10:30AM you are invited to learn more about Central Union Mission:NOVA at 5401 7th Road South Arlington, VA 22204. Mission:NOVA provides a wide range of physical and spiritual assistance to our neighbors in south Arlington. The facility is located at the site of Greenbrier Baptist Church where our own Jesse Anderson serves as Director. You will have an opportunity to tour, serve and support Mission:NOVA. Please rsvp by 5/15 at outreach@cornerstoneefree.org.

Calling all men! Our next men’s breakfast is Saturday, June 7th at 8:00 a.m. We will meet in the upstairs of the youth building. Kyle Entz will speak on the topic of worship and how to cultivate it into our lives.

Provide a Wednesday night meal for IF during the spring semester and help feed students who are hungry for food and the Good News. You or your community group can sponsor a meal. Some crowd favorites that many Cornerstone supporters have helped with over the years include: lasagna, chili & cornbread, pasta with toppings, make-your-own taco/burrito bar, roasted drumsticks and veggies, baked potatoes with chili, pizza (we're happy to take monetary donations for purchasing), rotisserie chicken and salad, rice and beans with meat topping, and chicken tortilla soup.

Partner with International Friends through prayer. By registering, you will be paired with students to pray for throughout the Spring semester.
