NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ON THE CAMPUS
All fees are due 30 days prior to the event. The $100 damage deposit is refundable at the discretion of the Cornerstone Contact and will be returned to the Applicant no later than two weeks after the event. Fee for returned checks is $30.
Release: I hereby agree to hold Cornerstone harmless from any liability arising out of the use of these facilities by me and members of my group. I also agree to maintain the property and equipment in good order and ensure the access doors are secured during and after the planned use.
