Cornerstone, an Evangelical Free Church, seeks to honor Christ in several ways. We are a first and foremost a local body of believers coming together for fellowship, learning, support, and ministry. As such, this is a sanctuary for people in search of truth and meaning for life, in need of healing of mind and spirit, and with hope for making a lasting impact on their world.

We also provide assistance to Annandale and Fairfax community with our involvement as a body, with other local churches, and as individuals in the caring life of our community. We participate in ministries on a national scale by supporting outreach and service efforts across the United States and internationally with our sister Evangelical Free Churches and through missionaries around the world. On each level we are called out of ourselves to attend to the needs of others. There are existing opportunities for people of like mind and faith to show the world what it means to be a Christian.
