Part 7 of the “I Am” Statements of Jesus – “We are born to die.”  Death is the inescapable question mark that hangs over all of life.  But our passage this morning gives us the answer to that deepest question as it confronts us with the astounding answer of Jesus:  “I am the resurrection and the life.”
