Part 11 of Gleaning Wisdom from the Book of Proverbs – The book of Proverbs presents us with wisdom for living well in God’s world. It begins with the “fear of the Lord,” which recognizes that “the good life” is a righteous life, and that righteousness includes acting justly. This morning we consider this theme of justice, knowing that these proverbs where given to us so that we might learn to do “what is right and just and fair” (Prov. 1:3).
