Part 1 of The Church in the World: Studies in 1 Corinthians – The first-century city of Corinth could not be more modern, and the issues dealt with in the church there could not be more relevant. It is a church in the “real world,” and Paul’s words to that church are addressed to us, too.

This morning we begin at the beginning, as we ask, “What is a church?” We see that Paul gives us two very different answers to that question.
