Part 1 of Misperceptions of Jesus – Jesus was (and is) a controversial figure, a polarizing figure who makes people take sides.  That controversy surrounding him will be the subject of our series of studies from Matthew 12-16.  Today we begin with Jesus’ conflict with the Pharisees, who were deeply offended by his actions on the Sabbath.
