Part 12 of A New Community: The Church Living Out God’s Gospel -Finally, Paul tells us what our new life in Christ ought to look like—he tells us in no uncertain terms how we ought to live in the words we speak, the attitudes we maintain and the work we do. But even this moral instruction is grounded in gospel truth. We have been loved by God through his redemptive work in Christ applied to our lives by his Spirit who unites into a new community. This gospel truth encourages us and empowers us to live as the new people we now are in Christ.
