Part 22 of Jesus in Action: The Gospel Message of Mark – On the Mount of Transfiguration, Jesus has just revealed something of his glory to Peter, James, and John. Now they must come down from the mountain. As they do, they are confronted by a chaotic scene of conflict and human pain. Our passage calls us to deal with “life in the valley” with a dependent faith in the gracious power of God found in our Lord Jesus Christ.
