Part 5 of Love: The Greatest of God’s Graces – A Study of 1 Corinthians 13 – We live in an Age of Authenticity in which there is no higher human goal than to “be true to oneself.”  This “self-love” has become the highest form of love.  But the Bible shows us the way of real love which demands a denial of the self, so that we can be turned back to the God who created us for himself.  That’s why Paul says, “love is not self-seeking.”
