This morning we continue with the story of a paralytic and consider who this Jesus is what it means to “come to him.”

1. Coming to Jesus requires that

                                                                         we first feel a need.

           What is the need in your life?

1. Coming to Jesus requires faith that

                                                                     Jesus can meet that need—

           faith in his power and authority—

                                    Jesus puts himself in the place of God.

                     faith in the face of controversy.

           faith that perseveres.

          faith that accepts the help Jesus gives us—

                                                   he meets our deepest need.

           faith that Jesus “sees.”

1. Coming to Jesus will change your life.
