Part 2 of The Message of Jude: “Hold Fast” – Jesus had spoken of it in graphic terms.  “Watch out for false prophets.  They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves” (Matthew 7:15).  The Apostles echoed that warning: “savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock” (Acts 20:29).  In this short letter Jude takes up those words in his exhortation to these Christians.  “Godless men” have come among them, but they are not to be fooled, but are to stand firm in the faith against them.
